$60,000 – $85,000 per year + Commission + Bonus

HEQS Group has been built and established in 2007. It is a company of furniture and home goods. It aims to offer Australians goods of high quality at reasonable prices. Currently, we are announcing a vacancy for a government/commercial tenders' estimator to connect with the growing industry. 

 

This vacancy needs a government/commercial tenders' estimator. An individual professional who has complete knowledge about quality-driven, and has excessive experience with sourcing of goods and handling tender opportunities. A candidate must have great communication skills to negotiate with the suppliers.  

 

Responsibilities:



  • Examining, assessing, communicating, and bargaining with important suppliers to find stock/product tender chances

  • Product Sourcing and Price Negotiation are a must

  • Create and maintain a solid relationship with suppliers

  • Make registrations with government agencies and tender portals to keep in touch with the market for tenders and track upcoming projects.

  • Do work creatively with the team; being able to engage with teams to make sure deadlines are reached is a crucial part of this role.

  • Assemble precise and persuasive answers for RFTs, EOIs, and RFPs.

  • Creating, editing, and formatting tenders before submission report

  • Working together actively to develop and improve client connections with the sales team.


 

Eligibility Criteria



  • Having a minimum 1 year of experience in sales/tendering in Australia

  • Strong communication and bargaining skills

  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management

  • Having a minimum of 1-year experience in writing tenders reports in Australian Government tenders

  • Proficient literacy and numeracy skills

  • Knowledge about MS Office suite

  • Required Driver's license 

  • The capacity to routinely travel

  • Capability to work having pressure to meet deadlines

  • Remarkable written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to establish partnerships of cooperation fast
